PARADOX represents the pinnacle of our ASIC design capabilities, leveraging cutting-edge 5nm process technology combined with our revolutionary 14-layer 3D Network-on-Chip architecture. This system achieves what many considered thermodynamically impossible: sub-12 J/TH efficiency at production scale.
Building upon the architectural innovations proven in NEXUS, PARADOX extends our 3D NoC technology to fourteen active silicon layers connected through ultra-high-density TSV arrays exceeding 10,000 TSVs per square millimetre. This unprecedented vertical integration provides 7x the compute density of traditional planar designs whilst maintaining thermal stability through our patented Omnidirectional Power Mesh technology.
The system incorporates over 50,000 mining cores distributed across the 14-layer stack, achieving near-linear scaling efficiency. Our proprietary Distributed Power Mesh ensures uniform power delivery with less than 2% voltage drop across the entire structure, whilst integrated microfluidic cooling channels maintain junction temperatures below 65°C even at peak performance of 220 TH/s.
