Revolutionary 3D Network-on-Chip Architecture

The NEXUS Bitcoin Mining System represents the culmination of years of academic research in 3D Networks-on-Chip and high-performance computing. Drawing from our PhD research at Brunel University on resource optimisation in High Performance SoCs for AI applications, we have successfully applied these principles to create a revolutionary mining architecture.

Unlike traditional planar ASIC designs, NEXUS employs a three-dimensional Network-on-Chip architecture with Through-Silicon Vias (TSVs) providing ultra-low latency interconnects between compute layers.
